Password Requirements

When setting up your password these are some things you will need to know: 

Password set up:

• When your user account is created you will be sent a email from Last Yard support to create a password. 
• The email will contain a link to activate the account and create a password, this link will expire in 72 hours so please make sure you are activating the account upon receipt of the email. 
• If the user dose not activate the account within this timeframe you will need to reach out to your internal head office team that managers your log in details and they can reissue a user activation email. 

Password complexity & length:

• Your password must contain at least 8 characters.
• Passwords must contain at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter and 1 number or special character.

Password storage & reset:

• Last Yard dose not store your password, we can not provide you with your existing password, if you can not remember your password you will need to please create a new one.
• You will need to have an email address associated with your user log in to be able to receive password reset emails
• Please remember to check junk/spam folders for the email as well, incase it is sent there. 

Password expiry:

• If you wish to set up a specific password expiring timeframe, where by users will be asked to reset their password at a regular interval period, such as 90 days, please submit a support ticket for this.

Last Yard recommends following standard security purposes, including not sharing passwords and each user has an individual log in.
