Are you using Google Chrome to access Last Yard? If not, please download and use Google Chrome to access the platform.

Is there web address correct for the store that you're using? When establishing a Last Yard account our team will provide you with a corresponding web address to access your store. For example, IGA customers use the address "iga.lastyard.net" while Sigma customers will need to use "sigma.lastyard.net". If you're unsure please ask one of our customer service representatives. 

Lastly, if the two previous steps were correct you will have to double check your password or use the "I've forgotten my password" link under the "Sign In" tab on the login screen. A link to reset your Last Yard password will be sent to the email registered with that Last Yard user account. 

If all else fails, please contact our support staff at support@lastyard.com and one of our friendly team members will reset the account password for you.
