If a user has forgotten their password, they are able to reset it themselves to regain access to Last Yard. An Administrator is also able to reset a user’s password.
In both cases, the user will receive a password reset email. They will be required to change the password via the provided email before the next sign-in process.
Go to Manage Stores- View Users
Click on the Username of the person/store you want to send a password reset to.
Click on Password Reset under the Options dropdown
