Book your training session HERE

Now that you are set up and running you will need to book in a training session with our Last Yard team. A quick product guide tutorial can be viewed HERE

Your training session will be more process driven, how you currently conduct your ticketing and how Last Yard can then assist in that process.

  • Conducted via a Google meets link accessible in your calendar invite

  • Please allow approx 45 min

Last Yard is specifically designed to automate a lot of your ticketing, improving your staff efficiencies and giving them more time to focus on other tasks and your customers. So with that, as with any software implementation this may require you and the team to adjust their processes, but it should be for the better. Communication and change management with your team will be key to adopting this product, so please build this into your team training.

Some questions  we will be asking as apart of your training:

  • Do you have overlapping promotions?

  • Do you default your templates and themes by a category or department? Eg Fresh produce uses a different ticket to Dairy?

  • How often do you update prices?

  • Talk us through your current ticketing process?

Last Yard provides a dedicated Help Center - a resources site for you with step by step guides, short demo videos to help with your learning and troubleshooting. Please favorite this link for future reference: https://helpcentre.lastyard.com/support/home
