How to Access and generate print reports

Last Yard provides a simple reporting tool that allows relevant users to confirm that stores are printing all tickets in a specified batch.

To access this feature, navigate to the Reports option in the Last Yard side menu and select the Promotion Activity option:

Promotion Activity Reports:

Promotion Activity Reports allow you to select an individual store, or all child stores in a hierarchy along with a specific batch.

Store: A dropdown menu containing the available stores to select. To run a report on all stores make sure to choose your Head Office store. Note that you can type into the field to search as well as scrolling through the list.

Include child stores: Check this box if you want to include all other stores under the selected store within the heirarchy. Leave the box unchecked if you only want to generate a report for the single store.

Batch: A dropdown menu containing the available batches that you can report on. Note that you can type into the field to search as well as scrolling through the list.

Once you have set the above, click the Get Report button to generate the report.

Reading your Report:

The report will output for each store requested:

• The Total number of tickets contained in the batch
• The Print Count of how many tickets the store actually printed
• The Percentage (%) of the total batch printed.

If the batch has not been created/assigned to a store, that store will not be included in the report.

Once the report has been generated, you can use the Export as CSV button to save a CSV version locally.
