As the owner of the contract with Last Yard, if you sell your business, it is your responsibility to terminate your existing agreement with Last Yard. The new owners, if they wish to continue using the Last Yard software will need to approve their own new contract with Last Yard.

New owners, if you wish to continue using Last Yard, please provide your details via this form. The team here will then send you through a new agreement and payment details separately.
Please just be aware, if the new owners do not approve their own agreement by the end of contract date provided by the old owners the subscription may be terminated as there is not longer a valid agreement in place.
