Last Yard uses Fleet Management services provided by FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia (FBAU) to implement and manage your print fleet under the Managed Print Services (MPS) agreement. As a part of your agreement you will have access to the Last Yard support team to assist you with aspects such as ordering additional ink, booking a service request and configuring your printer.
Data Collection Agent (DCA)
The MPS involves downloading the FUJIFILM software called the Data Collection Agent (DCA) that runs on your computer and helps FUJI monitor the health and use of your printer.
The DCA application is more efficient, meaning it will use much less bandwidth on your network & it will also provide you with a more advanced reporting suite. In addition DCA gives both FUJIFILM & Last Yard better visibility on your system to help provide a smoother service.
Please note it is your responsibility to maintain a secure connection for the DCA to operate, if it is offline, the system can not read your printer and you will ned to reconnect your DCA.
As a part of the managed print service you also receive support for assistance with additional ink orders & service requests.
