Cloud Connect Printing out of the Wrong Tray

To prevent Cloud Connect from printing to the wrong trays, you will need to set your Cloud Connect to log in as your Windows User account. This will force Cloud Connect to use the Printer Tray settings that are set up on that user account. 


Please follow the instructions below:

1. On Windows, log on as 'Administrator' or whichever user account that was used to install Cloud Connect


2. Open 'Services'


3. Scroll down to 'Last Yard Cloud Connect'  > Right-click > Properties


4. Go to the 'Log On' tab > Click on 'This account:'  > Click Browse 


5. Type in the username (e.g. Administrator) > Click on Check Names > Click on 'OK'

 

 

6. Fill in your Windows user password and then click on 'Apply'

 

7. Click on 'Restart the service'
