Accessing Template Studio

To begin, log in with the username and password provided. If you do not have this information please contact support@signiq.com for assistance.

You will find the Template Studio link in the left-hand navigation menu. It is situated just under the Dashboard option.

Templates

The Template Studio Dashboard is where all your created templates are located. On your first visit, this list will be empty.

To start populating your list, click the Create button in the top right corner.

Themes

Themes simplify ticket customization by enabling you to quickly change colours, including backgrounds, text, and other fields. They can be applied across multiple templates.
See Creating and assigning themes

Images

The images section allows you to upload and manage any type of graphical asset such as a product image, an icon, or even full-ticket artwork.

Fonts

The fonts section is where you can load your custom and licensed fonts for use with templates.

Paper Types

We can load the system with prompts for the paper types that templates require. This includes an image of the paper stock and instructions for store users to follow when printing.

These paper types can be linked to the required templates, and Last Yard will display this prompt during printing.

Import

This page allows you to import templates. Templates can be exported from the Templates page. Typically used for transferring templates from a testing environment to production.

Template Mappings

These mappings configure data flow to template fields during specific workflow events.

Field Order

Useful for manual ticket creation, here you can order the field list seen when editing tickets.
