Prior Reading - How to create a Batch of tickets via spreadsheet import

The Import tool by default is designed for one product/row to create one ticket.



If you are looking to create a Ranged template through the spreadsheet import like the following, we need a column for each field on the template in the spreadsheet. 



This means that one row of information needs to contain all the field information the ticket needs to display.


Attached is an example CSV for this. 


Here is an example of what the import mapping would look like.


 


Outside of this, if you desire multiple rows in the spreadsheet to be merged onto the one ticket, this would be possible but through a customised configuration. Your spreadsheet would need a column for something like a Family ID or Range ID for the system to then know how to group the products.
