To create a permanent batch first:
Go to your dashboard - Select Create Ticket Batch

Select under Batch Type - Permanent

Select your Template, Theme, Number of Copies & Create Ticket

Click into the ticket Description and edit the ticket with the details required.

You can also select to create a ticket from Product Search by two methods.
In the batch on your dashboard select - New Ticket - From Product & follow the prompts

Alternatively from Product Search add the ticket to your existing Permanent batch.
