How To Upload Your Product Images

If you wish to upload product images to include on your tickets there is a quick and easy way to do so.

 

Click on the Design heading in the left-side menu and then click Images.

 

 



This page shows view the currently uploaded images and videos, and allows you to upload new files and adjust the Tags assigned to each file.

 

To add an image you can drag and drop or simply click on the ‘Drop files for upload’ link and navigate to your image.

Selecting a Tag for the Image

Select a Tag for the image. The next pop-up window will prompt you to tag the uploaded file. You can choose from Meat, Produce or Attributes.

 

Meat and Produce tags are used in conjunction with your ‘Fresh’ templates and can be found under images. 

 

Examples of Attributes are “Australian Owned” or “Made in Australia” logos. 

 

Click "Save" and the image will appear in your list. 


Adjusting Tags

If you wish to change the tag of a file this can be done by ticking the box immediately to the left of the file's name and then clicking the "Tag" button in the top-right corner. This will bring up the pop-up window again where you can remove the current tag and add a new one. 

 


File Specifications

IMPORTANT: Uploaded files must meet the following requirements in order to display correctly. Incorrect sizes may cause images to appear skewed or have white spaces around the edges. 

  • Portrait: background images should be 210 x 297 mm and no less than 150 dpi. JPG and PNG file formats should be used. 

     

  • Landscape: background images should be 210 x 102.5 mm and no less than 150 dpi. JPG and PNG file formats should be used. 


 

Congratulations, you’ve uploaded an image and can now use it on your tickets!
