Ink Ordering Process

Modified on Tue, 13 Jun, 2023 at 2:19 PM

The DCA software will monitor the levels of ink you are using and based on print coverage and colours used, will automatically place an order for a replacement ink when levels reach 30%.

  • The system will raise and order
  • Dispatched in 2 days by FUJI
  • Delivery in 3 days approx

Please be aware though if your DCA is offline, the system may not register levels in time, so please keep an eye on this and restart the DCA if it goes offline.

There are a couple of things to keep in mind, the system may reject ink orders if:

  • You appear to have too many as Stock On Hand (SOH) - they will allow for a maximum of 2 spares per colour or drum cartridge.
  • You already have an ink order in process
  • You will need to provide meter reads if your DCA is offline

We recommend reviewing your SOH as it is best practice to have;

  • 1 x on order
  • 1 x in the printer
  • 1 x SOH

This was as it may take 1-2 weeks to arrive you should have a spare to cover until the new replacement arrives.

If you know you have a large print run coming up, you can place a manual order and in the instructions provide the details as to why you are needing additional stock and we can request additional stock for you. It helps in the notes, put how many you have as stock, that you are expecting a high print coverage for colours A/B/C etc so we can give FUJI as much detail as possible.

If you would like to place a manual order to ensure you have enough SOH or if you have a known large print order coming up, only then please submit a manual ink order via this form - Ink Orders
