You can select the orientation of your ticket between Portrait and Landscape in the “Template” menu for A4 size tickets.
For template options other than A4;
Make sure you are using Google Chrome. Once your tickets are ready:
Select the blue ‘Print’ tab on you SignIQ Dashboard
Choose if you would like to print “All” or ‘Selected” tickets in your Batch
Select ‘Print Using System Dialog’ or press ‘Ctrl +Shift +P’
Select ‘Preferences’
From the ‘Preferences’ tab, select Portrait or Landscape. Select ‘Ok’.
*Chrome will always default to the last used print orientation for a given printer
