Please use these forms to submit printer related requests for manual ink orders and requesting a service technician on site.
Service Requests
Please be aware that the service technicians are provided by FUJIFILM and not Last Yard. Our support team will place the service request with FUJIFILM and they will organise a technician directly with you.
FUJIFILM may try and resolve the issue over the phone initially. If they do need to send someone out on site, there may be a service charge or travel charge applied, this will again be managed by FUJIFILM and not Last Yard.

Ink Order
Auto ordering is a part of the printer service, however it is based on coverage and colour usage so it may not always be correct for your requirements. SO if you find you are running low and need to place an order please do so via the form below.
FUJIFILM will allow a max of 2 as stock on hand and you can only order two at a time, so pease check your stock first before placing and order and to avoid it being rejected. If your DCA software is offline, then you will need to reconnect it as soon as possible and submit your meter reads with your order.
