If you require to print different stationery to different printer trays (ie: 9up to tray 2, 3up landscape to tray 1 etc), then you will first need to enable Cloud Connect to handle printing instead of your browser, and set a default printer.
From the side menu click on "Automation" then "Cloud Connect". The following page will appear:
To enable Cloud Connect printing click on the toggle under the "Print Enabled" column so it turns green. You must specify a default printer, otherwise any templates that don’t have a stationery setting won’t print.
To set a default printer, click the blue "Edit Cloud Connection" button (with a pen icon) and select the printer you wish to use as the default from the dropdown.
If you wish to have your template stationery (9up, 3up landscape etc) printed to a specific printer tray you will need to enable Cloud Connect printing and set a default printer (Previously outlined).
Once that’s done, click on the "Printer Tray Mappings" tab in "Print Settings", select the template you wish to edit, then select the printer you wish to print from the drop down menu and save. (below image).
You can also select multiple templates and "bulk edit" them to the same printer tray to save time:
Any stationery that you do not assign to a specific printer/tray will print from the default printer you originally set.
