Last Yard offers a convenient feature that allows users to map specific printers for printing tickets based on the chosen ticket template. This functionality proves particularly beneficial for businesses that require specific templates to be printed from designated trays within their printers. By following a few simple steps, Last Yard users can effortlessly configure their printing settings to ensure seamless and customised ticket printing.
1) Open your Last Yard Dashboard
2) On the side navigation bar, select 'My Store' and click 'Print Settings'
3) Select 'Printer Tray Mappings'
4) Select the templates you would like to assign a printer to by ticking the icon left of the template name
5) Click 'Bulk Edit' on the top right
6) Choose a printer from the drop-down list and click 'Save'
7) On the side navigation bar, select 'Automation' and click 'Cloud Connect'
8) Under your cloud connect, please make sure that 'Print Enabled' is turned on
9) Here you can also set a default printer, this is the printer that will be used if you have not specified a printer in the 'Printer Tray Mappings' (in Step 4). If you want to select a default printer then click the blue edit icon, select a printer from the drop-down menu and click 'Save'
