We provide an array of support to help you get up to speed with our new and improved platform. To help get started, you can book an install or training session with us using the respective links below and select an available time & date that suits you best:

 

Training:

Once we have set you up on Last Yard, it'll be time to get acquainted with our platform. You can book with us to schedule time to go through the ins and outs of Last Yard, the session generally takes 30-45 minutes to run through OR if you would simply like a refresher on how to use and navigate Last Yard you can also book a session with us.

Set Up/Install: 

If you are an IGA store, new to Last Yard, recently changed servers, got a new printer or updated your POS you'll need to book in a date to assist you with setting up the platform.

PLEASE NOTE - For any install there are a few things you will need to know before booking: 

  • Everything for your POS, Server, Printer needs to be finalised and ready to go - Last Yard is the last part of any set up. 

  • If you are Smart Retail migration to the cloud product please make sure World Smart has provided 3rd party access so we can conduct the install. This is your responsibility to ensure this has been communicated to your POS vendor. 

  • When booking please provide your mobile number if possible, we will attempt to call twice.

  • We will require full access to your computer for the duration of the install (30 min approx)

  • We will need access to the computer that is hosting your server

  • Please ensure there are not limitation with firewalls that will prevent us accessing your system and completing the install. There is a helpful article here if you need assistance.

  • When our support team is given remote access to the store's POS server, please ensure you are logged in as an Administrator or a user account with Administrator privileges. A stage of the installation requires making system changes so that Cloud Connect is always running in the server's background so that Last Yard is always current with live and accurate POS data. If you are unsure about this, please confirm with your internal IT team regarding access.

If we are unable to get in touch with you or the above items are not able to be met, we may need to cancel your appointment and reschedule. So please ensure you have actioned everything above and you are ready to go with what you need at the time of install. We appreciate your cooperation.
