Step 1. Make sure you are on the BOS (POS server) and are logged in as administrator as this is where Cloud Connect is installed.
Step 2. Click the 'Windows' icon and start typing 'services.msc' (note that even if no 'search' field appears, it will as soon as you start typing.
Step 3. Open the Services app.
Step 4. Click any service, then type 'Last Yard' to be brought to our Cloud Connect. Then Click 'Start the service'. (If Last Yard Cloud Connect is not on this list, it is either not installed or was quarantined by your anti-virus).
If Cloud Connect is not installed - Reinstall Cloud Connect
If Cloud Connect is quarantined - Restore the service and add exclusions
Note: If the service is already running you can 'Restart the service'
Step 5. Try refreshing from POS in Last Yard. All going well you should be reconnected. If Cloud Connect is still offline, please contact support@lastyard.com for assistance.
