Cloud Connect Offline > Restarting the Cloud Connect Service in Windows

Modified on Thu, 25 May 2023 at 01:47 PM

Step 1. Make sure you are on the BOS (POS server) and are logged in as administrator as this is where Cloud Connect is installed.

Step 2. Click the 'Windows' icon and start typing 'services.msc' (note that even if no 'search' field appears, it will as soon as you start typing.

Step 3. Open the Services app.

Step 4. Click any service, then type 'Last Yard' to be brought to our Cloud Connect. Then Click 'Start the service'. (If Last Yard Cloud Connect is not on this list, it is either not installed or was quarantined by your anti-virus).

Note: If the service is already running you can 'Restart the service'

Step 5. Try refreshing from POS in Last Yard. All going well you should be reconnected. If Cloud Connect is still offline, please contact for assistance.
