How to reinstall Cloud Connect

If you have updated/changed server computers, you may need to re-install Cloud Connect in order for Last Yard to get data from your POS system. 



You can re-install Cloud Connectfollowing the instructions below:

*Please make sure that Cloud Connect is installed on your server computer

1. On the side-bar navigate to Automation > Cloud Connect


2. Click on the download icon (note if there is a GREEN tick on the 'Online' column, it means you have an active Cloud Connect connection and will not be able to re-install Cloud Connect)




3. Click on 'Cloud Connect Installer' and once you have completed the installation, click 'Next'



4. Click on 'Link with Last Yard' and then Finish



5. Go back to your dashboard and click 'Refresh from POS', please allow up to 15 minutes for the update to complete.
