Q. I can’t see any of my printers in the Select Printer list?

A. Make sure that the PDA device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network that the Cloud Connect agent is installed on.

 

Q. How much does it cost?

A. Scanner is available to customers on our Growth, Pro & Enterprise plans. You will need to upgrade your plan to to access the scanner. To upgrade your plan, please contact us (Sales)

 

Q. My Barcodes are not scanning

A. Scanner supports many common barcodes:  code_128, EAN, EAN_8, UPC, UPC_E, i2of5

 

Q. What devices can the Mobile Scanner be used on? 

A. The Mobile Scanner supports:

  • Modern Android smartphones & devices with a built-in camera and using Google Chrome.

  • Zebra TC25, TC57 and TC52

  • iOS devices. Apple devices will only be able to use the scanner in a web browser.

 

Q. My scanned Batch isn't appearing on the Last Yard dashboard? 

A. Once you have finished scanning all your products, make sure to hit the 'Finish' button in the app to send your batch to your Last Yard dashboard.
