Where can I access the new store & how do I create an account?

This is a separate website to our Last Yard ticketing platform you will need to create new log ins - your log ins for the Last Yard ticketing software wont automatically log you in to the new store. You can view instructions on how to create an account Here.


Can I use the same Paypal account for multiple stores?

Yes, that is fine, just create a store account for each of your store locations and use the same payment method for each. Please note that you can save the payment method after the first purchase.


Can I have one HO Account and manage for my stores?

Yes, this is possible. Set up the one account and under your addresses section of your account, add in the individual store addresses. You will need to process the payment and shipping per store and choose the relevant store at checkout. Alternatively, you can order all your stores stock to your HO and dispense as you wish internally.


Can I still pay with Metcash charge through?

Unfortunately no, like other online stores, we are limited with the types of payment methods we can accept. Metcash is still a strategic partner and we can still accept Metcash charge through as a form of payment for our subscription services but in order to utilise the new online store for consumables, we can only accept Pay Pal or Bank Card as a payment method.


I need to pay by invoice, how can I do this now?

With a PayPal account you can action a direct bank account transfers, which is a similar process as paying by invoice.


I have ordered what's in stock and additional, will they be shipped separately?

No, all items will be collated and shipped together once the whole order is in stock and ready to ship. Separated shipments will unfortunately no longer be possible.


Do you offer free shipping or a flat shipping rate?

There is no minimum order, delivery rates vary, depending on location. If your order is valued $150 or above, standard shipping is free of charge. One of the great benefits of moving to an online store. Please review our Shipping Policy HERE.


How do your shipping costs work?

The shipping costs are totalled at the end, and may vary depending on your location and what you order, unless you order in bulk where orders over $150 entitles you to free standard shipping. Please review our Shipping Policy HERE.


Why has my paper arrived before my plastics?

You may have ordered your paper and plastic consumables at the same time but one has arrived before the other. This is because they are coming from separate suppliers and so shipping will be sent and tracked separately.


I ordered the wrong thing, how do I cancel my order?

Please ensure you have chosen your items careful and checked your order is correct before placing your order as we are unable to provide a refund or credit note. Please read our refund policy HERE.
